Insurance - As many as 95% of insurers do not or will not cover legionella prevention and remediation services due to them being specialty and safety sensitive tasks, putting both the service provider and building owner/manager at liability risk due to inadequate coverage of personnel and equipment! Assuming pre-existing coverage applies when completing new services can put everyone at risk. We have the appropriate insurance coverage!

Safety Compromised - Many in the industry are unaware of the health and safety implications of legionella exposure due. Vendors are regularly observed wearing little to no PPE to complete these services. A lack of PPE and safety knowledge puts workers and the public at risk, leaving property managers, strata members and companies liable when people get sick and equipment is damaged. Our employees are extensively trained and wear the appropriate PPE, whether it be respirators or chemical resistant clothing!

3. Routine annual cleaning and disinfection by a qualified company. Non-routine clean and disinfection should a positive legionella result occur.
